Founder and Chairman

Steve founded Capital Corporation in 1991 which has gone on to undertake projects with a combined end value in excess of $4 billion. Capital Corporation has built an outstanding reputation in undertaking Joint Venture projects with such prominent groups as Kogarah RSL, Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club, Bondi Junction RSL, the Penrith Paceway, Hillsong Church and Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Steve has supported many charities over numerous years including serving on the Board of the Salvation Army and was appointed Chairman of the Red Shield Appeal in western Sydney for 6 years. He also was appointed as Chairman of the TAFE Advisory Committee in Western Sydney. Steve also has interests in the thoroughbred horse industry and has also been a Director of the Australian Turf Club.
Steve’s property expertise has seen him engaged by numerous charitable organisations such as the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Uniting Church, Baptist Community Services, Hillsong Church and Anglican Retirement Villages.
